Guy Light / Jimmy Brandt in their VW GTI were fast in Production class. Cal Landau / Eric Marcus in their Domino's Pizza sponsored VW GTI. Roger Hull / Rob Cherry were fastest in the new truck class in their Jeep Comanche. Don Rathgeber / Cindy Krolikowski were a crowd-pleaser in the Hairy Canary Ford Mustang.
Gary Gooch / Judy Gooch in their Toyota Pickup. Mark Molnar / Yorgi Bittner in their Production class VW GTI. John Daubenmier / Stan Rosen in their Dodge Charger. Steve Potter / Jeff Delahorne come into the finish of the stage in their Mazda 323GTX.
Mike Purzycki / Dan Wernette in their Jeep Scrambler. They led the battle in the divisional rally. Chris Czyzio / Eric Carlson come into the flying finish of the stage in their Plymouth Arrow. Dick Corley / Tom Grimshaw get their time card handed to them by Pete Connors. Note the sponsor on their VW GTI! Jeremy Shaw / Keith Waltz check into the finish of the stage in their Mazda 323GTX. They retired shortly after.
